Before you order

How does payment work?

This is a B2B order form: after you submit the order we confirm it and send an invoice by email, payable by standard SEPA bank transfer. No card or online payment is needed.

Can I really order a single sheet?

Yes. Artglass Lifetime Acrylic is shatter-resistant and ships masked on both sides, packed flat — so unlike glass, we can safely send even one piece at a time, with no minimum order quantity.

How accurate must my cut-to-size dimensions be?

Give finished sizes in whole millimetres — width × height, up to 1930 × 2540 mm (pieces can be rotated within the sheet). We cut to your stated size within a ±1 mm tolerance; the protective masking film stays on both sides for safe handling.

Can I try Lifetime Acrylic before ordering?

Yes — add a sample pack to your order (or order one on its own): A5 (148 × 210 mm) samples of Lifetime Acrylic in all three thicknesses, masked on both sides. Sample-only orders ship free anywhere in Europe. It is the easiest way to check the anti-reflective coating and surface quality against the glazing you use today.

Which thickness should I order?

Use 3 mm for standard formats, 4.5 mm for frames larger than 2 × 1 m, and 6 mm for 2 × 2 m and above — larger frames need thicker sheets because acrylic can bow slightly with environmental changes. The calculator warns you if a size is large for the chosen thickness.

Do the prices include VAT and shipping?

Prices are shown excluding VAT and already include protective packaging (€15/m²); for EU, Norwegian and Swiss delivery zones shipping is added as a flat rate, so the total you see is the total before VAT (for other destinations shipping is quoted on the invoice). EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced at 0% VAT (reverse charge); Latvian buyers are invoiced with 21% Latvian VAT; orders outside the EU are 0% VAT exports.

Why can I only order Lifetime Acrylic online?

Glass products need crated freight and minimum order quantities to ship safely and economically, so we quote those individually — use the quote form and we respond within one business day. Shatter-resistant acrylic is the exception: it ships safely in single pieces.
