Reflection, engineered away
Regular and anti-glare glass reflect about 8% of visible light. Artglass optical nano coatings steer light towards the art, not back at the viewer — cutting reflection by more than 87%, to around 1%.

How is Artglass different from regular picture framing glass?
Regular glass reflects about 8% of visible light and blocks only 20–45% of UV. Artglass anti-reflective coatings cut reflection to around 1%, and depending on the product block 70%, 92% or 99% of UV light — so the artwork is both fully visible and protected from fading.

Which Artglass product should I choose?
A simple rule: irreplaceable works deserve 99% UV protection (AR 99 Water White, or Lifetime Acrylic and AR 99 Protect where shatter resistance matters). Reproducible photography and prints do well with AR 92 or AR 70. If reflections are not a concern but fading is, UV 99 offers conservation-grade protection that looks like regular glass.
