Artglass AR 92 is the balanced choice of the range: near-invisible clarity where trueness of colour is paramount, with UV protection dialled to 92% — enough to significantly extend the life of framed work while keeping visible light completely unimpeded.
The low-iron substrate transmits true colours without shift or absorption, and the double-sided anti-reflective coating keeps reflection to around 1%. AR 92 is also easy to recognise: it is the only Artglass product with an elegant ocean-blue residual reflection colour.
Because the coating is applied to both sides in the same process, AR 92 can be scored from either side and cut with the same tools you use for regular glass — no special workflow required.

About AR 92
When should I choose AR 92 over AR 99 Water White?
Choose AR 92 when the work is valuable but reproducible — photography, prints, detailed reproductions — or when it hangs in a controlled-light environment. For originals, limited editions and anything irreplaceable, step up to the 99% UV block of AR 99 Water White.
Why does AR 92 have a blue reflection?
Science does not allow glass to be completely invisible — a faint residual reflection always remains. On AR 92 that residual has a characteristic ocean-blue tint, unique to this product, which stays stable and uniform at any viewing angle.
Can AR 92 be cut like regular glass?
Yes. The anti-reflective coatings are applied to both sides and are equally durable, so AR 92 can be scored from either side using the standard score-and-break method and regular cutting tools.
